Alliant Health Solutions hosts a monthly “Shop Talk” webinar which focuses solely on sharing NHSN data reporting information and resources. Shop Talk sessions encourage discussion regarding critical changes and updates to NHSN in the long-term care module, provides live answers to frequently asked questions and increases the ability for follow-up to occur post-session. Thus far in 2022, there have been 4,303 visits to the Shop Talks webpage and 570 downloads of Shop Talks resources. This online webinar approach has been successful in improving vaccination data accuracy within NHSN.
