This Privacy Policy describes how Alliant Health Solutions (“AHS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information and your rights and choices of your information. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect when you interact with us through our websites, email, SMS/text messaging, or anywhere else we post this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

To the extent your information includes Protected Health Information (PHI) regulated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that information is also subject to our Notice of Privacy Practices available here.

Information You Provide. We collect the following personal information:

  • Contact information (e.g., name, email address, phone number, IP address, device identifiers) and any other information you may provide to us, either through the phone, in a “Contact Us” webform, or any other method.

Information Collected Automatically

We may also automatically collect certain personal information when you visit or use the Services using pixels, cookies or similar tools. Our website does not currently respond to browser-based “Do Not Track” signals.

  • Manage the Services and website;

You can choose not to give us your personal information but in some cases, we will not be able to provide our products or services or respond to your questions or requests without certain information. You also have the following rights and choices with regard to your information and engagement with the Services:

You can also request to be removed from our marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our email messages.

We are located in the United States. The Services are not targeted at individuals outside the United States. The Services are intended for adults over the age of 18, are not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
