Remote Patient Monitoring: AdventHealth’s SARS-CoV-2 Response and Outcomes

Join us to learn about one health system’s experience implementing remote patient monitoring (RPM). This approach has helped to provide a safe transition of care for patients suspected of having COVID (PUI) and COVID positive patients who were discharged from the ED. When properly implemented, remote patient monitoring prevents avoidable readmissions. Together, we will learn about the elements of an effective RPM program used during COVID and consider the potential for future RPM use in helping to manage patients with chronic diseases.
