QI/QAPI Learning Series – Bridge the Gap from Theory to Practice

Are you new or someone you know new to a quality improvement (QI) role, considering a role in QI or interested in deepening your understanding of the foundations of QI?

Alliant Health Solutions invites you to participate in a 12-week series of learning and coaching sessions focused on bridging the gap between QI theory and effective improvement strategies to improve safety and healthcare outcomes. The series is designed for individuals new to their role as quality leaders in hospitals, nursing homes or home health agencies, as well as individuals looking for a QI skills update.

Coaching calls will focus on supporting the application of the QI theory to organizational operations. Participants will actively engage in shared learning and relationship building with quality improvement peers across the healthcare continuum.
