Objectives:

At the conclusion of the sessions, participants will be able to:

1. Identify the elements of building resilience.
2. Discuss the impact of trauma on attempts to return to normalcy.
3. Use skills to assist themselves in finding individual methods to increase mindfulness and decrease stress.
