Thank you for registering for the 2025-2026 GA FLEX Quality Improvement Project, and welcome back! Last year’s efforts in developing your quality improvement strategic plans were truly successful, and we’re grateful to build on that strong foundation to bring those plans to fruition. Together with our incredible partners at the GA State Office of Rural Health, we will continue to provide you with hands-on technical assistance in driving meaningful change in quality improvement for the communities that you serve.

We encourage you to attend ALL monthly sessions listed below to remain up-to-date with the project learnings and deliverables.
