Network 14 Missing Patients Guidance Form

The ESRD Network 14 Staff is frequently contacted by Facility Staff members with concerns related to patients missing treatment for thirty or more consecutive days. These calls amount to about to about 65% of calls from facilities. We developed this guidance to assist providers with handling these concerns in a manner that both adheres to patients’ rights and complies with CMS directives. This document is regularly used and accessed by providers.
