Thank you for registering for the the 2024-2025 GA FLEX Health Equity Improvement Project, and welcome back! Last year’s efforts in developing your health equity strategic plans were truly successful, and we’re grateful to build on that strong foundation to bring those plans to fruition. Together with our incredible partners at the GA State Office of Rural Health, we will continue to provide you with hands-on technical assistance in driving meaningful change in health equity for the communities that you serve.
