Oral Anticoagulation 102: Identifying and Managing Risks

Anticoagulation use comes with risks and benefits. As a follow-up to our Anticoagulation 101 presentation in March, this 30 minute presentation will review common anticoagulants including common drug-drug interactions, identify ways to mitigate bleeding risk, and access patient cases.

2. Recognize common drug-drug interactions with oral anticoagulants and the associated risks
