This educational event will take us back to the basics of oral anticoagulant medications. Anticoagulants are considered high-risk in the Medicare population, but they are still necessary. In this presentation, we will discuss oral anticoagulant medications, common adverse drug events (ADEs), and tips for preventing ADEs.
