Transplant QIA
Quality Improvement Activity (QIA) Overview
The 2021 Statement of Work requires all ESRD Networks to support the initiatives detailed in the Advancing American Kidney Health (AAKH) Executive Order signed on July 10, 2019. To support this initiative, the Transplant QIA aims at promoting early referral of patients to transplant. The CMS goal is to increase the number of patients added to the transplant waiting list and increase the number of patients transplanted.
