Kimberly RaskPeople are impacted by both their physical and mental health; depression and anxiety can increase the risk of developing heart disease; heart disease can increase the risk of developing depression and anxiety, and each may lead to a worse outcome for the other.  A survey conducted by Indeed.com revealed that nearly 70% of workers believe burnout has worsened as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The good news is that 36% of those surveyed said taking more PTO could reduce mental and physical burnout.  Tune in to a podcast we shared in 2020 that is still relevant today as our chief data officer, Dr. Kimberly Rask, shares how to recognize when one aspect of health is impacting the other.
