Jacob Berelowitz, program director at the Center of Excellence For Behavioral Health in Nursing Facilities, will discuss using a behavioral health needs assessment to identify training, staffing and resource requirements. This approach aims to facilitate the delivery of person-centered care that enhances safety and promotes overall well-being.
