Alliant Health Solutions invites your facility to participate in the Behavioral Health Excellence Project, a three-year initiative designed to strengthen behavioral health knowledge and care delivery in nursing facilities at no cost.

What the Project Offers:

Year One:

Behavioral health needs assessment and QAPI plan development

Year Two:

Launch of the Facility Behavioral Health Ambassadors Program

Year Three:

Expanded staff training for long-term sustainability
